Overview:
CoreBuild Engineering Services is seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and providing administrative support to various departments. You will play a key role in maintaining the organization and assisting with essential administrative tasks across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Organize and maintain office filing systems
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assist with payroll, invoicing, and budgeting tasks
- Provide support for HR-related activities, including onboarding
- Ensure office compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage office equipment and ensure functionality
- Handle administrative tasks to support various departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
