Overview:
CoreBuild Engineering Services is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring that all materials, labor, and other resources are accounted for. You will work closely with project managers and contractors to ensure that projects are delivered on budget and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine material and labor requirements
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
- Track project budgets and ensure adherence to cost estimates
- Review project progress and adjust estimates as necessary

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Estimator
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and labor costs
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Buildertrend, ProEst)
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
