Overview:
CoreBuild Engineering Services is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project management team. In this role, you will assist with the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. You will play a key role in coordinating resources, schedules, and communication between stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and coordinating construction projects
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and schedules
- Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved
- Track project progress and assist with managing budgets
- Ensure that all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals are obtained
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and resources for project execution
- Handle administrative tasks, including invoicing and documentation filing
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in construction
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello)
- Relevant certifications or degree in Construction Management or a related field
